You know some days I do still wish I had my TWA. I dont miss it enough to cut my locs off though. This was my creation for a TWLA. I wore it for about a week and then I washed it out. People actually thought I had cut my hair...
This was the result of a good ole wash and condition. I havent twisted my hair since the end of July (July 28 to be exact; 6 month locversary), and kinda feel like I dont wanna retwist for Aug. I wash my hair like every week and twist once a month. but you know what, I think I like just washing, popping, rolling and then going.... Well, I do put a few 2 strands in to get some body and then roll, but you get the jist of what I'm saying. I like my hair to look nice, but I dont think I have to do a bunch of twisting to get what I want is what I am eluding to. Another lesson learned on this journey. At first I didnt think my hair really looked locish, but it does. I'm happy... I think we make things rocket science and it doesnt really have to be....
